Do you struggle to move on from past experiences, or find it hard to trust others and feel safe? Trauma is an overwhelming experience that can exceed your ability to cope. While recovery is possible, research suggests traditional talk therapy may not always be effective and sometimes repeating your story can be re-traumatizing. I offer gentle body-mind methods to help release trauma’s effects on your nervous system, supporting your journey toward peace and safety.
